Individual Coaching Packages – (3 month Commitment)* – Monthly Cost $360

Total 3 month Cost ($972) – 10% discount

Coaching Fee Structure

1. First Meeting: Design the Alliance – 45-60 minutes (FREE w/Monthly or 3-month Package)
2. Three Months of Coaching with three coaching calls/meetings per month and unlimited e-mails for support.

Payment Plan

Fees are due prior to the first meeting. Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard/VISA/AMEX) or by check. At the end of your pre-paid package, you can either:

• Renew the package for an additional three months,
• Choose month-to-month coaching
• End the Coaching

Individual Fees
Individual Counseling Sessions (50 minutes) -$120.00

Couple Counseling Fees
First Couple/Family Session (90 minutes) - $175.00
Couple/Family Counseling (50 minute session) - $120.00

Insurance Information

I am on a limited number of Insurance Panels. If you have out of network coverage from your insurance carrier, your mental health benefits are often reimbursable. Check with your carrier and I will provide you with the appropriate statement for submission. I am committed to discretion, excellence of care and confidentiality.

All fees are due at the time of service.  I require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation.
